Mango Ice Cream with “PEARL” FIR Honey
A creamy, tropical delight sweetened naturally with premium “PEARL” FIR honey.
Ingredients
- 400g mango purée (from ripe mangoes)
- 1 tsp gelatin (or agar-agar for vegetarian option)
- 250g whipping cream
- 50g icing sugar
- 30g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp “PEARL” FIR honey (or more to taste)
- Yellow food coloring (optional)
- Fresh mango cubes for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, warm mango purée with gelatin and “PEARL” FIR honey until well combined. Let cool.
- Whip cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold in condensed milk and mango mixture gently.
- Add food coloring if desired for a richer yellow tone.
- Transfer into a container and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with fresh mango cubes and a drizzle of “PEARL” FIR honey.
